At Alpaca Boutique, we take great pride in the quality and design of our products . If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. We have a 30–day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return and ship the item(s) back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless you are requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you use the Pre-Paid Return Label provided by us, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

Return process

  1. To start a return, please fill out our Return/Exchange Form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. We will email you instructions on how and where to return your package.

There are two ways to return your item:

  • Option 1:

You may use the Pre-Paid Return Label that we will provide in the email (U.S. customers only). Print out this label and attach it to your package. Drop it off at your nearest USPS post office.

– For refund requests, the original AND return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

– For exchanges, the return shipping cost will be waived.

  • Option 2:

You may use a shipping method of your choice. However, we recommend that you insure your return and obtain a tracking number. Alpaca Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer free exchanges. Exchanges are available for size or damaged products only. All exchanges are subject to product availability. Please fill out our Return/Exchange Form and select one of the “Exchange” options.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the amount of the product purchased, less the shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving your return. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement. If an item is considered to be ineligible for a refund, we will immediately contact you with details. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item returned does not meet our Return Policy requirements.
