All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include national holidays.
The shipping cost will be presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
Domestic shipping
We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail® on all orders in the U.S. Priority mail service provides delivery in 1–3 business days.
For faster delivery, we also offer the option of USPS Priority Mail Express®. Express mail provides next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 pm.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will email you a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
International shipping
All international packages are shipped via DHL. Canada customers have the option of DHL or USPS.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. We do NOT collect these customs fees at checkout. DUTIES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT, and may be collected at time of delivery.
Damaged, lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. After the package reaches the Post Office, we are no longer responsible for the package, therefore we will be unable to provide a refund.
Undeliverable orders
We are not responsible for undeliverable orders. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or having an incorrect address, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the amount of the product purchased, less the shipping cost.
